That is a 396/325 out of a 1966 passenger car with a manual 4 speed transmission. It has a 2 bolt main.

It's out of a Chevelle built at Framingham, Massachusetts; and if it really is stamped "EDHH", it's been re-stamped, as there were no 4-character suffix codes.
