I did a search on the subject and couldn't come up with anything. How do you distinguish between a reproduction cowl hood, and an original GM? Are there any #'s stamped on the hood, or are there any other clues to look for?

I have heard that the front corners are flat on the repros, and have a slight curve on the GMs. Therefore the GMs line up with the header panel better than repros. That's hearsay; I never looked for myself.
