JF would be a 396/350 hp engine (manual transmission) from a 69 Camaro based on the partial VIN you gave. Looks like an early 69 SS396 Camaro.

T = Tonowanda (NY) engine factory
09 = Built in 9th month, September
04 = Built 4th day in the month
JF = 1969 396ci/350HP L34 engine used with a 3speed and 4speed

The 19N506517 is the (partial) VIN-code which should match the VIN on the car.
