That Cast was used from 68 thru 79 in Cars, Trucks, and Vettes 327 to 350 C.I. , Could be Cast as 2 or 4 bolt Main . Easier way to check if its a 4 Bolt main without tearing the oil pan off is Facing the Block behind the water pump and slightly left above the Timing cover there should be a 1/8" plugged Oil hole.

That 1/8" NPT square-head plug has been on every Saginaw Foundry-cast and Flint Engine-machined and assembled V-8 block since 1955; has nothing to do with main cap bolts. Flint engine drilled the cam bearing oil galleries differently than Tonawanda, and needed the plug; Tonawanda blocks don't have it.
