I have sucessfully decoded most of my vin and trim tag including paint trim build date etc if you could help identify the rest I would be greatful.

Your car was the 3,102nd car built at the Van Nuys assy. plant for the 1969 model year. From the VIN I would guess the build date around mid-October 1968. This is VERY interesesting to me since my 69 RS/SS is 124379L502985 (117 cars before yours). What is the rest of the info on your cowl tag?
