Does anyone have this vin # in there database? 124379N611643, This is all i have. Here is the story. A guy i know,bought this car 15 yrs. ago when a teenager and never went and got the car. He said he only paid 50 bucks for it. When recently moving, he found the title for it. The cars location is un-known, but i am looking with his help. He said the car had no engine, but thinks it was an RS-SS. Thanks, Roger

Most likely if he ever did find it, the landlord would be entitled to a storage fee per laws in most states. At $30 a month, times 15 years he will be out $5400 in storage fees plus interest. Additionally, since the DMV has only been computerized for the last 10 years, someone else could have filed for a duplicate title years ago and got one with not much hastle. If that guy ever gets possession of that car, it is only because "God protects the idiots".

He was young and said he just forgot about it, until he recently found the title. He bought it from an individual, so very unlikely there would be storage fees. It is probably sitting out on the farm or in a barn at where he bought it 15 yrs ago. Worst senario is person got sick off it and sent it to the crusher, or someone else got a title for it and fixed it up. Roger
