Can anyone help me identify this wheel. What size, what it came off of, etc. I'm guessing it won't accept a drum-to-disk conversion.

Is this wheel a "14 X 5"?
Can you see the profile code on the stamped inside rim or is the tire mounted? Is it a "J"?
Lastly - what is the full date code next to the 'XA'?

Hey Vintage, it could be a 14x5. That's one of the things I'm trying to find out.

The rims/tires are mounted.

The other one says "DA".

Either "XA" or "DA" could be an early (67~68) 14 X 5" Chevy rim that should work with Disc Brakes.
The "XA" may be a replacement rim - is it wlded or riveted?
You need the date codes to be sure of application - but, it's safe to say that chevy had 'moved-on' from 5" rim sizes in later years for most cars.

So these wheels will accept factory disc brakes, but will they accept an aftermarket conversion kit?

If possible, I don't want to spring for new tires, rims and the disc brake conversion.
