Take a look at this. has a Norwood VIN and a LA cowl tag and the guy is bragging it up for sale

Yep somethings wrong with this picture. You would think people would at least get tags that were for the same plant. Think of this also trim tag says 3rd week of Oct and the car was the 118136th car off the line, now thats what I call mass production

Very unusual, I sent him an email asking for clarification of the discrepency of LA and Norwood both on the same car. I will post any reply I get back here.
Buyers, caution. Wonder if an insurance company can insure a car with swapped vin and cowl data?

INS companies dont care about a TRIM TAG off the firewall. They only care about the paperwork matching the VIN

Got a reply back already, here it is:

"I never switched the tags. I have a clear title for the car. I have owned it, had it registered in Michigan and insured for at least 12 years. I'm not sure how to explain the discrepency. I wish I had more info for you."

This is strange, Dan or Kurt?
