I can't find any Camaros that used a "DD" axle code, full-sized Chevy's used this code, it was a 3.31:1 ratio, but the big chevy's used rear coil springs, the Camaro used leaf springs. the axles would'nt be interchangable. you may have to pull the cover off and check the pinion or ring gear, there should be #'s stamped on them, you divide one # into the other and that should be your ratio. there should be 2 numbers and a dash then another set of #'s . otherwise re-check the codes on the axle tube. Easiest ratio check is to jack up the rear end, mark prop shaft, turn wheels one turn, count # of revolutions of prop shaft; 3-1/3=3.31, 3-3/4=3.73, etc.
