Looked at a clean 67 convertible this morning. Here are the #'s for CRG and would appreciate feed back on it.

The car is currently yellow, with black manual top. It has Powerglide on the column,
black interior. 327V badge on front fenders,
power steering, manual brakes. No air.am radio. 327 engine is dirty but appears to be original. I didnt have time to search for numbers on engine or rear end. It has 57,000 original miles on it.
Little old lady told a friend he could buy it for $10,000 but today she told me $15,000 since her grandson found some on ebay for that range. She is 2nd owner, bought from original owner in 1983. Original owner is still in the area, a retired professor from Northwestern college in ILL.
What do you guys think of this package.

$10k would be cool as you would have some margin to put in a new radiator and heater core (if original, they won't last long). $12k would also be reasonable if it doesn't need paint and it has the original engine. However, if any one body panel needs paint, the chances of matching 35 year old paint and just painting one panel is slim. $15k for a non-RS convertible with Powerglide is too much unless it is super tidy under the hood, has above average paint, and the interior is near new and basically needs nothing but new spark plugs and wires. Now if it was an RS, you could justify an extra 3-5k on these figures.
Tell her to have her grandson to put it on ebay with a 15k reserve. If he has zero feedback, it will probably never get a bid. After he wastes his time and listing fee on eBay. then offer him $10k.

Good advice!! I agree with your analysis of ebay and the prices you gave on the cars!! It's so nice to be able to get good info from real Camaro enthusiasts from this site.
