I made a big purchase for std bore 400 SB block over the weekend.
It's from a 1974 Chevy, 2 bbl, 150 hp/net, as best I can tell. My book says it could be from a Chevelle, Monte Carlo, or Passenger car (Caprice?).
The VIN stamped on the front pad is: 14S199674. From this number, can someone tell me from what model this engine came from.
