I have the following rally wheels that I need decoded. What car and year are they for and value if possible? Thanks.
2-15"x8" AZ
2-14"x7" YJ
4-14"x6" YW
I'm deciding what to put on my 68 RS. I might sell them all and go with 15"x7"s.

In edition to the above:

AZ = 1971-77 Corvette 15x8 ralley wheel
YJ = 1970 Nova 14x7 ralley wheel
YW = 1970 Chevelle (exc. SS) and Wagon ralley wheel.

There will be a K 1 9 or simular code on the wheel that will tell you what year they are.

For example K 1 2 =
k= kelsey hayes (wheel manufacturer)
1= Plant - Romulus, MI
2= year - 1972

Which just adds to the fun of this site :D

mine are k-1-9 29W ????

;) which decodes as;
K = Kelsey-Hayes Rim and Wheel manufacturing
1 = built at the Romulus MI plant
9 = 1969
29W = :confused: ... you sure it's not a '2' and then 'YW' ???
The area you're seeing this is most likely to the right of the valve stem/hole and gives the day of the month built and then the 'application-code' as a two 'Alpha' (letters) code ...

Maybe you can recheck and start your own thread if more info needed ;)

I see errors in your reputable list above.

AO wheel was not a 70 Camaro wheel just to name one.
