I've installed a new washer pump from classic. It's the repro model. I removed the metal 4 lobed gear and installed the nylon one that came wuth it. It's noisy as heck, Wife's her with me, and makes a popping noise. Any ideas? Are there ant sources for the original pump? Thanks for the help.

What do you mean by re-pro pump? The one with the black head? I do believe the pumps that Classic sells are a Delco pump. If your looking for the pump with the white head, look on e-bay, but they are spendy.

I meant replcement not repro. It is a delco replacement pump which differs slightly from the original. I apologize for the confusion.
