how can you tell what kind of engine you had
in a 69 camaro or anything about the car if
there are no trim tags, and is there anyway
to find out what x code the car was?and how
can you replace the trim tags once they have been taken off.

I'd be real leary of a car with no cowl tag. About the only thing you can find out is if the car was a 6 cyliner or 8 cylinder on the VIN tag, assuming it's still there.
