I converted to manual front disk brakes last year from maual drums. I now want to convert to power brakes because I think I never got the right master cyl. anyway. Will this setup work. Ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2404532034&category=34200) I would like something that small so it doesn't clutter up the engine compartment.
Thanks,
Shane

That booster will likely require 18 inHg vacuum at idle to work well with a 1 1/8" master cylinder.

I have about 15in. right now. I'm sure I can bump my idle up to get enough. Will it bolt on and work if I have enough vac.

Looks like a good deal but I dont see a bracket on the booster.Doesnt look like direct bolt on.Unless I had a bigblock with big valve covers I'd pass on it.Stock boosters work great if you have the room. And since its a stock booster its going to bolt up right and work with 15 inches of vacum.

Well, if I buy a $100 AutoZone booster will it come with everything to bolt up and go?

I dont know about Auto Zone, but the rebuilt boosters I've dealt with were ready to bolt on.Most boosters just need a brake check valve and the correct master cylinder.
