I'm going to get started on a new sub for my new project 69 and cant seem to decide on the Wayne Due C4 or C5 sub frame or goe with Detroit Speeds front coil over kit. I'm running Baer on my finished 69 but was thinking of trying Willwood on the new one if I go the Detroit route, what do you think of the Willwood setups and which system shoul I run? I want a rear parking brake thats the only must have.
Thanks,
Mike

it depends o nthe budgetary constraints you are under- if you've got the coin to get the Wayne Due setup, i'd do that. while you're on the phone ordering it, why not also get his rear subframe that mounts a C4 Corvette IRS under the rear of the car? then you could brag about your C4 1969 Camaro to all your buddies.

am going with the DSE conversion. Not for any reason, that is just the way I went. In the long run it will be cheaper than the WD and handle as well or better. One of the big advantages of the WD subframe is you can get a 275 tire in the front.

I also have the Wilwood 6 piston for the front and the for piston with parking brake for the rear. The parking brake uses an internal drum and not the main brake caliper for the parking brake. Unfortunetly I can not let you know how it all work as I am still putting it all together.

DSE is also comming out with their own subframe. It should be out soon.
