WE ARE CHANGING OUR STEERING BOX FROM A MANUAL TO POWER. DO WE NEED TO CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT PITMAN ARM? I DON'T SEE WHY WE WOULD BUT WAS JUST WONDERING TO MAKE SURE .

Yes you do.
The power steering box has a larger shaft with more splines due to the higher loads a PS box can create.
The steering column rag joint coupler that attaches to the box is a different spline count and size too.

Yes, the hole is bigger in the P/S arm. pdq67

Also depending in the model and year you may have to change the drag link.
