Hey all,
Love the forum and have been diggging through the archives and can't find what I am having problems with. Here's the story.
Once I got the car running, I took it out in my neighborhood to shake it down a bit (nuthin extreme) I notcied that upon hitting the brakes, it pulled to the left. I figured I had a cliper locking , so I took it home. Replaced both front calipers, rotors, brake hoses and re-bled. Bled without major issues, leaving a nice brake pedal feel. So, Back to the neighborhood. All the sudden, no brakes. Back to the garage, and replaced the power booster/master cylinder.
Also re-plumbed fronts and main line to the back. Did not replace any components in back.
Bleeding again, I had a good flow of fluid out of all four bleeders. But, the locking caliper was back. Found out that the prop valve was stuck in one direction, so I ordered a new one. Back to bleeding and I am getting good flow to the fronts, but nothing to the back. I can get a semi-firm pedal feel, but cant get anything to come out the backs. I have tried a vacumn pump, pump bleeding, nuthin. I need help, suggestions, any thing to steer me in the right direction.
Thanks all
Dave

what kind of proportioning valve do you have, is it adjustable? Combo valve?

Re check the plumbing from the master to the combo valve. Keep in mind that the volume on a disc/drum master is diffrent.

its the combo, metering/prop valve. I do not think it's adjustable.

I have found this link to be pretty informative in troubleshooting brake issues.
