Does anyone know if it's o.k. to use Mobil 1 synthetic grease for the wheel bearings (with disc brakes). Or should I use specific "high temp" grease?

I went for all synthetic grease with my front end rebuild. Works well so far! Go for it! graemlins/thumbsup.gif

If you bought it, use it. If you havent bought yet, do it. The good syn products like Mobile and Amsoil are far superior to any of your standard petro products. I use them stem to stern.
Engine, axles, grease zerts, differential.

graemlins/thumbsup.gif Thanks for all of the responses. I had already bought Mobil 1 syn. for the ball joints and just wanted to be sure it was o.k. for the bearings. Thanks again graemlins/waving.gif I'll be using syn everywere I can.
