ok i bought on ebay what was represented as a manual steering box from a 67-68 camaro (used) and when i received it today the first thing i noticed is that it has 4 bolt mounts instead of 3 that are on the one in my 68 and i can find no numbers on the outside of the box(the one on my car has numbers all over it). is there anyway possible this is from a first generation and if not is there anyway to find out if i can use it.

I just checked the box I removed on my 68. It was the original and it has three holes and not four. If you had the numbers on it i could try to cross it with the Chevy manual I have.
