Hi All,
I recently obtained a 1969 Firebird Power Steering box.
Is this just like the 1969 Camaro Varible Ratio Steering box?

Will this 1969 Firebird Steering Box PITMAN ARM fit onto my Wife's 1968 Camaro Power Steering box?
I want to swap the entire (NEW http://www.camaros.net/forum/biggrin.gif) steering linkage onto her 1968 Camaro Power Steering car (Tie Rods, Idler/Pitman arm).

When I install this 1969 Firebird Power Steering box onto my 1967 Camaro, will I need to obtain a 1969 Firebird Pitman Arm, or will my 1967 Power Steering Box Pitman Arm Bolt right up?

ANYONE LOCAL IN LA AREA REALLY INTERESTED IN A 1969 FIREBIRD, BARGIN SALE PRICE, email me!)-Perfect for Trans Am racer! Have Title.

Everything should interchange.
Check the length of the pitman arm and use the longest one if you want the fastest ratio.
Use the shortest outer steering arms that bolt to the spindle.

THANK YOU DAVID,
DOES it matter if the 1968 Camaro power steering box is a 6 cylinder?
Is this Firebird 1969 steering box the desirable varible ratio steering box?
I my have the car gone, already, but, try to contact me, anyway.
