did chevy make a distinction between a 67,68 or 69 metering valve for front disc brake cars? or was it the exact same part all 3 years? would it matter if the car was power or non power disc brakes?

I don't think it was the exact same part. I have seen two different style Camaro metering valves. Only one type was used in '69. Not sure of the other years.

Take a look at the new issue of Super Chevy magazine at your local newsstand. It has pictures of a 67-68 w/big nut, a 69 w/big nut, and a 70 with no nut.

got the magazine yesterday... saw the differences. saw that auction on ebay...and won my metering valve...
