Hello everyone!

I am building my friends 1969 camaro,it has (i think) Saginav 605 fastratio box,how can i "check" the condition of it? becouse its powersteer model ,it feels little spongy when turning it by hand,i cant feel any loosnes etc,i dont feel like tearing it up without reason,iam only going to change shaft seals. thank you! There is a torson bar inside the valve that will make it feel funny when there is no pump boost.
I'd put it on and try it.
Be careful around the valve end, there are lots of parts inside there.
You need the coupler for a power box the manual coupler is a different size. And there are early and late power boxes that have different sizes.
The pitman arm is a larger splined shaft for power to handle the load.
