Is there a top and bottom on front coil springs (69 Camaro)

yes, i believe so. My experiance with installing leaf springs has been that the "wild end" i.e. the end that is not as tightly wound is the end that goes in the lower a arm pocket. Make sure that the wild end goes into the groove correctly or it will sit too high.

If the springs are not cut, there is no difference. Just seat them in the spring pockets with end of spring near the small hole.

some springs are marked to illustrate the proper orientation ... when installing, make sure the spring is properly seated

Thanks Guys I rebuilt front end while I had the frame out to sand blast and paint. Its back together now but setting an inch higher on right side. I think when I put the engine back in everything will pop into place, lower end of springs are not seated completly in pockets. Oh yeh, no the springs are not cut and they are brand new.
