hi, my buddy is putting a TA rear end with discs on his 69. I am pretty sure that the 71 corvette power MC will bolt up to his 69 booster without any hassles, is this correct? I have also heard that the TA rear calipers like the quick take-up MC's which the corvette MC is not. Do you think this would really matter all that much?
Also, I am trying to convince him to do the C4 conversion up front, would the corvette MC be adequate for the 12" up front and the 11" in the back?
Thanks!

The stock 69 disc master cyl would work ok. Just keep the fluid topped off for the rear.
The vette 1 1/8" Master cyl would work if the vette master cyl has the same pushrod hole depth as the one you remove. If it is deeper you will need a spacer or an appropriately longer booster pushrod.
The C4 or C5 calipers have much much smaller pistons and from what I see in the forum, they require a 15/16" bore master cyl to get enough line pressure for power brakes.
The quick take up master cyl has been used from early 80's to mid-90's, it yields a higher pedal than non-quick take up master cyls.
A low drag caliper has slightly more calper piston retraction due to an increased angle of the seal seat.
I haven't seen a quick take up master cyl on a vette though, so maybe it is just the Camaro calipers that require a quick take up master cyl.

Turns out that MC has the deep pushrod hole, Can I just find a booster that has the correct pushrod and put it in the 69 booster? If so anyone know where I could pick one up, or is it a junkyard only item?

cpp sells MC's with a deep hole and provides what they call an adapter pin (David refered to it as a spacer) for use with a brake booster. http://www.classicperform.com/ Maybe they would sell you just the pin... One of the pic's show one being installed...

the short pin can be found in many later models and will fit the old booster

I have photos and lengths of the two pins on my web page below. You can also just cut a piece of rod and insert it into the master cyl to correct the length. Some boosters have the long pin, some don't.
