Dale, you can also piece everything together at any of the major auto parts stores if you only need certain parts.
AutoZone, PepBoys, NAPA, Parts America, etc.

This is a very complete kit for the money. It is completely bolt on with no need for cutting and bending lines.I don't know about shipping costs as I picked mine up.

Can't tell you anything about the product yet, according to UPS my brake kit will be sitting on my front porch when I get home but they seemed like real nice people to deal with.

Man, if you don't want to double flare brake lines I would seriously consider Matt's kit.

I installed the MP brake kit and had to double flare one front line and the rear line. I don't ever want to go there again.
