I read alot of changing the geometry of the first gen.. but I haven't found much of the second gen (probably because non of you guys drive a second?)...
Is the geometry of the 2nd gen perfect???

I'm not into buying new subframes aso since I'm a student..
but 'budget' solution like guldstrand mod etc?

I'm currently very satisfied with how my car performs.. Although it can always be better!!

thanks for your thoughts!

All I can say is it is not as bad as a first gen Camaro!
I've read up on Camaro mods over the years and never seen the A frames lowered like the Guldstrand mod, except on circle track cars using the Second gen Subframe.

If I were to experiment, I'd try more negative camber settings, and more positive caster, and see how the car likes that.
Keep an eye on tire wear on the inside edge of the front tires.

There might be some small gain by lowering the upper A frame location, but if you go too far, the front end will bob up and down when cornering hard.

Try more negative camber and positive caster..

I have now 4.5° caster and 1/2° camber - my friend has an alignment shop - so it wont be any problem trying a couple of setups! =)

Do you have any ideas where to start?
1° camber?

thanks
