dumb question but when putting the radiator support back on does the rubber bushing with the metal sleeve in it go into the bottom of the radiator then sit on the frame? then the other bushing rests snugly onto that?? also what the torque specs on this?? thanks

Push rubber mount through under support. The metal part of bushing rests on frame. The rubber ring will fit over the bushing that is through the support with the big washer and bolt. Nut with built in washer is underneath to cinch up to frame. I don't know what the torque spec is but I tighten them down until I see the rubber pooch out a little.
Hope this helps.

Sounds like you have it right. I just pulled my rad support off last night and the bushing with the insert was stuck to the bottom of the rad support and took me a while to pry it out. The bolt goes through the top bushing which didn't have an insert, through the rad support to the bushing with an insert and then through the frame and there's nothing but washers and the nut inside the frame.
