I recently rebuilt my 69 camaro suspension using a poly kit for the chassis, upper- lower arms, installed a 1" sway bar and inner and outer tie rods. I took the car to get a wheel alignment and the shop told me that there was not enough adjustment (camber) and so he suggested getting the frame "opened up". BTW, I guess the shop was trying to acheive a 0 degree camber, and im not sure how far off the camber was off. I was shocked and did not ask the right questions at the time. I did do all the work and before I spend any more money, is there anything i should check for that I might have installed incorrectly? I did have problems with the springs and i think they are finally positioned correctly. I am a novice so bare with me.
Thanks,
Frank

Sounds like your front crossmember under the engine has sagged. They are some what notorious for this. Moog makes and offset upper A arm shaft to correct this. If it's sagged too much you will need to take it to a frame rack to correct the problem, which may not be a bad idea anyway.

Take a look at the alignment specs on my page http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/David_Pozzi/first_gen_suspension.htm#Alignment specs Use either the Gulsdtrand street specs or the Herb Adams specs. You can run a half degree to one degree neg camber on the street.

What is Moog's website? Is it something like www.moog.com? (http://www.moog.com?)

MOOG (http://www.federal-mogul.com/cda/channel/index/0,2186,2442_7110,00.html)
With the old stock, sagging springs without the Guldstrand Mod I used to run -1.5 to -1.75 camber on the ole 14x7 wheels with a 245/60/14 and it worked out pretty nice.
I set it up as follows:
+ 2 3/4 caster L
+ 2 1/2 caster R
- 1 3/4 camber L&R
0 to an 1/8" toe in.
I actually liked it better with about 0 to an 1/8" toe OUT......
