Just in case anyone wants to know, here are the spring rates for Hotchkis 2" lowering front coils for 67-69 F-Body part#1907F 600lbs

Here is their 1 1/2" lowering leaf springs part#2407C 150-180lbs.

I'm going to pick some up myself and was trying to figure the rates out. Since I found out what they are I figured I'd post them for everyone.
