I have the front end of my car disassembled right now. I plan to upgrade my swaybar, but I don't have the $ right now.
My question is, will I have to disconect the lower a arm form the spindle to replace the swaybar when the car is completly assembled?
I'm wondering, should I wait to reassemble everything until I get a new swaybar?

If you are talking about a first gen f-body, you need to definately wait until you have the sway bar that you want to permanently install.

Its probably better that you wait until you get the sway bar before you put everything back together. I was in your position last year, I redid all of my suspension/steering and I didn't want to wait till the sway bar came in the mail. It was just a big pain in the butt to get that thing in with everything already bolted on.

So you do have to disconnect he lower arm from the spindle? Or can you fish out/in the bar with everything put together?

Ditto on waiting until you have the bar to re-assemble the front end. I tried to put mine on after I got the front end totally re-assembled and tore the crap out of the powdercoating graemlins/clonk.gif . Plus I had to pop the spindle off the lower arm to get it in after all that twirling and manuevering  , what a PITA!
Save yourself some grief!

I have done it many times without having to break the lower arm and spindle apart. The 'trick' (if there is one) is the ride height of the vehicle and how far you have to jack it up to get the clearance you need. Sometimes you have to play around quite a bit to get it in there.
