I have a 67 with 4 wheel power drums. Power booster had a leak so I decided to replace it and the M/C. I purchased a remanned M/C and Power booster set up. They came already assembled together, so I was wondering if I can bench bleed the M/C by pushing break post that comes out of the other side of the power booster (instead of taking the M/C off and using a screw driver in the piston hole).

The master cylinder should be removed from the booster in order to assure complete bleeding. During bench bleeding it is important that the master cylinder piston is fully compressed. With the booster installed this cannot be confirmed.

Thanks Carl. I did separate the M/C from the booster and the bleeding seemed to go fine. All is assembled, but I ran into another problem. When bleeding at the corners I am not getting any pressure at the rear wheels. Front wheels seem fine. I'll check this forum to see if anyone else had similar problems, but if you have any ideahs please let me know.

Could there be some blockage in the "T" that seperate the L/R rear lines?
