My drum spindles show some slight scoring on the bearing supprt surfaces ( if I'm describing this area correctly ) and I feel I should replace them in doing my brake upgrade. Rick's 1st Gen only shows used ones; Superior Spindles shows 2" drop or disc spindles. Where might I find new drim spindles?

Rick, a lot of places offer them....
CPU Car parts is one, and they're inexpensive. Decent people to deal with also. I like their prices. http://67.37.173.213/
Camaros & Classics has them also.....

Rick, if you don't have any luck, I have a complete front drum setup (with spindles) from my 69. All in good shape. If needed, shoot me an e-mail.

Joe - thanks. They all list disc spindles which I think (?) I can shim since my adapter bracket is set up for drum spindles. I'm trying to fit 13" with C5 calipers inside a 16" rim. I don't want to grind but am willing to use a thin spacer. I guess I'll mock up and see. Plan B is 12" rotors.
Codi - thanks. In the next day or two I'll know what I need. I'll send you an email.

Hi Rick, you do not need to make anything. We will ship you a set of our spacers at no charge to you.
However Rick, because you do not have the spindles yet you may need to sand the spacer down a little depending on what disc spindles you buy.
We will ship them tomorrow.
Take care,
Todd!

Man Rick.... I totally brain farted on my reply. You specified DRUM spindles and all I looked for were spindles period. I didn't look just for drum spindles.

Sorry, Joe. You have to take second place to me in that area. I'm going to get a new set of disc spindles.
Codi - thanks for your offer.
Todd - thanks so much. Now if only some of the new taller spindles under development were available.
