I need any ideas of how to do an alignment. I just need get it close before taking it to the shop. If there has been post in the past, please give me the thread. Thanks in advance!

This should get you close enough to get it to a shop....

or you could use a level, a 15"long board, 4 jackstands and 2 pieces of string. use the level to get the camber set right- make it perfectly straight up and down. then, run the string from the rear tires to the fronts, at about the centerline of the tires. make it so that the sting just barely touches the siewalls of the rear tires, and run it forward from there. use the rear tire as a reference to measure the toe in or toe out of the fronts- shoot for the front of the front tire to be about 1/16" farther in than the rear ofthe front tire. if you're lucky, the wheel will be centered and the car will handle very safely.
did that on my Nova 500 miles ago when i got it back together, and have yet to get it in to get aligned. i am waiting for the springs to settle before i spend the $$$ for someone else to work on my car. no funny tire wear yet, and it handles as good as any new car i've driven.
