Ok guys
I havn't been on here in a wile,(no money)so the best thing i could do is not look or read, but now the money tree has beared fruit ,I have a 69 that I'v been workin on a little along( a complete shell off) ,This is what I'v done ALL sheet metal has been replaced, started on the sub frame about 8 months ago,I'v sand blasted ,and painted the sub frame, and basic front in kit (bushing ,ect.)Now i need HELP,I read alot of stuff on this message boad, and it was alot of help, only thing is that I didn't retain all the facts.
I want too do it right ( I will drive this car too the Smoky Mt.'s on the weekends)So knowing this ,my ? is what steering box too buy and where 12to1 ? what pump? I have no motor yet ,but was think about a small block, with late mod (89 or so)serpentine belt acc. brakets will this work? will the 89 orso pump work? I kown this ia alot ,and i don't make myself clear some times but can someone here me out?

the 89 pump should work well. Get a late 80's/ early 90's IROC or Z/28 box. Your only problem will be finding a pressure hose that will fit your car as far as length and end shapes. You can allways have one made at a hydraulic shop or get the gates blue PS hoses and ends and make up your own.

The late box and pump use O ring seals on the metric hose ends, so the early hoses won't work.

My Camaro book shows 60" and the following page shows the same.

I think I posted a drawing that showed the spring perch angle. Is that what you need?

The perch angle would be great,if you have it? (angle & spead)
