I am looking for information on what size rims and the proper backspacing that came on a stock 1968 Camaro with a small block v-8.
Any information would be helpful.

All Camaros came with 14" x 6" rims except the Z28 which came with 15" x 6" rims. I do not have information about the backspacing.

I don't know the stock backspacing for the 14" wheels that would have been on your car (unless it's a Z) but I will check in a book I have. I can tell you that I'm running 15x7 Rallies with 4.25" backspacing with no clearance problems with BFG P225 60/R15.
