Just bought an 86 and the caps on the wheels that go in the center are gone, except one, where do I find them and how best way to keep them on? Also, the wheels have some rust on them, how best to get it off, what use? anything I can then put on them to make them look "newer?" I would like to restore it to look as new as possible and complete as if came off factory floor . . . please advise> thanks.

How rusted are the rims? If it is surface rust try steel wool if it cancerous rust I would just replace them with some aluminum rums from a swapmeet or wricking yard. Factory caps are very expensive if bought new, figure $25-30 ea. If you can find some take offs from some newer car it might be worth the extra investment.
