I am looking at Goodyear Wingfoot GT tires, The smallest they go is 225-70-15, will this work on the front without rubbing. Any suggestions using stock 15x7 rally wheels.

My 69 Z had Goodyear Eagle S/T 225/70-15's front and rear when I bought it. The fronts rubbed pretty bad when I turned sharp or hit a bump in a turn. My car has original springs in the front,if yours are new you might be ok? My car is stock height.Some replacement springs seem to sit alittle higher than stock. I put BF Goodrich TA's 225/60-15 front and 245/60-15 rear with 15x7 ralleys.They look good with no rubbing.Hope my info was helpful. Cary
