does this car have the correct cowl induction set up? it looks different from others ive seen.
Also- did all 69 Z28's have rear bumper guards?

As far as the air cleaner and hood go, they look like the right parts. However, the solenoid and "flipper" are missing, indicating the cowl induction is not coplete. One quick way to check if a ZL2 hood is complete is to look for the solenoid that actuates the flipper. It goes in the hole at the rear center of the hood, which is empty in the case of this car.

No, this is an add on hood. Doesn't have any of the flapper mechanism, nor does it have the wiring or relay to operate the flapper door. Missing the hood insulation as well.
He's also quoting a May engine number (V0501DZ) for a mid January built car.

Yes, all 69 Z's left the factory with rear bumper guards. Also, I think this car should have white std interior instead of the deluxe comfortweave shown... And it should have a silver grill.
OK, now that I've picked apart this car let me pick apart mine... quarter louvers and rear antenna are incorrect... Ah, I feel better now...
