Have a '94 Camaro with the stock 16X8" alloy
mag wheels. I want to put something like
295x50x16 tires on it. Will this work as far as tire rubbing is concerned? If so, how big
can I go either way.don't want to do any mods to the suspension.

295 on an 8" wheel? Good luck. I wouldn't go bigger than a 255 on an 8x16".

I put 255's on the rear of my 88 IROC (stock rims) with no problem. I have been told that a 255 in the front will rub and that 255 is as big as you can go on this rim. Hope this helps.
