What backspacing would I need to have on these wheels. They are a 14x10. I would like to put 295 50's on them. Has anyone had any experiance with a 14" wheel this wide.

Thanks,
Shane

Shane,
a 10" wheel will not fit in the wheelwell. unless you like the "hooptie" look with the tires and wheels hanging out in the breeze ? also this is if you haven't tubbed it too, thats the only way they'll fit IN the wheelwell.biggest stock tire/wheel combo 8.5 with 4.5 b/s on a stock 67/68...not too sure on this "plus sizeing" (16/17/20's)

I have 14" x 9" w/ 3" BS and L60-14's on my car until I get my CBB install done and can find wheels I like AND can afford. I had my CBB install pretty much done until I had to move my car cause a personal problems so had to take the big rotors off and am now 100% brakeless to mount my old 14's.

The L60's are 11.75 section width and other then having to raise my rear up so they don't rub look fine as to the tire not sticking out past the fender. IMHO. pdq67
