We put a set of wheels and tires off my son's '87 IROC Z (245-50-16) on my daughters '89 Firebird Formula. The front wheels rub in the fenderwells (barely) when she turns. I noticed that the front wheels seem to have more offset than the rear wheels. Are there any concerns with putting the wheels on the "wrong" end of the car. The "rear" wheels, being not as deep as the "front" wheel, may give me the clearance I need when turning.

I had the same problem when installing these
same rims on my 69 camaro.I made a 1/4"
spacer for the front wheels & a 1 inch spacer
for t he rear.I also put 1/4" longer lug
bolts on the front. I no longer have the
wheels,but I still have the spacers.If you are interested,e-mail me.
