What offset should I use front and rear? Than how large of a tire can I go? I want to run Crager SS's and T/A's on my 69 RS/SS convertable? Will this comb also work on my 69 Z/28 too? I want to run T/A's with Torq Thrust 2's on it.
Thanks guys,
Mike

You'll hear different from others but I tried 255 60 15's on 15x8 wheels on the rear of my '69 ragtop and they rubbed on the inside. I put 5/16 spacers and they rubbed on the outside. I believe the back spacing on the 8's to be 5" The fact that the spacer just moved the problem left me with the impression the tire was too big... I replaced them with 245's and still get a slight rub on the inside. The spacer should eliminate it...

I have new 5 leafs and koni shocks and poly everything so I don't think it's a weak suspension. Maybe convertibles are a bit different than coupes!!

For the fronts 235 60 15's on 15 x 7's with 4" back spacing will fit if your front end is straight and in good repair...
