I dont know much about replacing your seats with a beretta or feiro, but with and early camaro like yours keep the seats stock i think youll be happier in the long run.

Travis,
Ride in a 67 or 68 with factory seats for about an hour or two. Then you'll know why he wants to replace them. They are very uncomfortable seats. I plan on changing mine too.

I bought aftermarket seats from corbeau, they have brackets that are specific to the first generation camaro. They are much more comfortable and look great. They have a web site.

STOCK? No, way. If youre going to drive the car you have to be crazy to keep stock seats in a gen1 camaro. The definition of 'bucket' seats has come a long way since 1969. I am pulling mine too and looking for some late-model seats with real support.

WELL GUYS WHEN YOU FIGURE OUT WHICH BRAND
OF SEAT YOUR GOING WITH LET ME KNOW. I CHECKED OUT THE WEBSITE OF CORBEAU SEATS AND
THEY HAVE SOME REALLY NICE STUFF BUT THE PRICE IS A BIT STEEP. IT'LL BE WORTH THE
PRICE TO GET RID OF THOSE STOCK SEATS THOUGH
AND ACTUALLY BE COMFORTABLE DRIVING THE CAR.

Please take the caps off so you don't scream to everyone http://www.camaros.net/forum/smile.gif Stock seats are nice to look at, but not to sit in for any lenght of time. Newer seats are more comfortable and actually safer.

Dare I say that my 68 ss sports late model H***a P*****e seats and they look like they were made for it; got the idea from a car featured in Hot Rod Magazine several years ago - comfortable and cheap not even a whiff of burnt rice either

I put Firebird seats in my '73.
They are lower and more comfortable
than the original buckets. Also my
girl friend likes that they recline http://www.camaros.net/forum/wink.gif
