Im about to buy a set of radials for my 68 3 speed camaro coupe the rims are 14x6 I beleive (stock 68 rims). I need some advice on what sizes to put front and rear. The last idiot I asked at the tires store told me a size too big and they were all balooned out. What can anyone recommend for a good fitting smooth riding radial for cheap? If not a brand just a size would help alot! Thx

I would think a 195 or 205 75 14 might be close to the original size. There should be a tire size sticker on the inside of the glove box door. Any good tire store should have a conversion chart for your original size tire.

your original steel rims may even be 14x5.5"

what was the size of the tires that were too large?
