is it possible to run 15X8's on all four corners of my 67 camaro? if so what back spacing would I need and what size tires would fit and look best. im building a road race/ pro touring car/ street machine and im running 15s because its going to be my daily driver and i want good ride quality for the street we have alot of pot holes around here.

fastcar, you should be able to run 15x8 all the way around, but the front might be a problem,i have 15x8 in front with 4 inches backspace and got wheel vintiques 15x8 with 4.5 backspace so i could fit 275/50/15 in there and it looks great on my 68 convert, i asked same thing here to, and i have 225/60 on front and i think they might rub, i have not driven my car yet, but anyway i picked up a set of 15x7 in good shape for 45 bucks i blasted them and painted and they look as good as my new wheel vintiques ones, i am going to try the 8's on front but i have the 7's all ready to be put on if they do rub a bit, unfortunaltey i live in maine so i will not drive until spring, so you will have to decide for yourself which way to go, 15x7s will def work on front with up to 235/60 but anyway goodluck

To be safe on the front of our '67 and '68 cars and keep from rubbing the fender lip-chrome, you really need a 2.75" deep rim from the lugnut side---Not the back side to stop it!!! (I.e., 2.75" frontspace!!)...

This puts the rim's lip in the stock position with respect to the fender lip regardless of what the backspace is!!!!

Been there, done that... pdq67
