View Full Version : Help me decide on which of 2 wheels.....

Okay, I've finally narrowed it down to 2 wheel styles for the '69 project. There are a ton of great wheels out there, and it was very difficult to narrow it down to these 2. They are similar to each other, but do have some slight differences. The wheels in the pix are 20's, so they will be smaller than the pix.

The fronts will be 18x8 and the rear 18x9.....

The car is going with the Pro-Touring look... i.e lowered, big wheels, big brakes etc....

Please dont add suggestions, since it took me months to narrow it down to these.

And NO on any style similar to the standard Torque Thrust II's.... everyone and their mother has those already......

I already put a deposit down and I can still change my mind for the next 7 days. I wont tell you which ones I initially chose.....

The "no name" was just designed and has not officially been made yet, so it has no "offical name" , but they are available to order

Both wheels are by Bonspeed.

Try it again. I had reset the album to "open to the public" but for some reason it didnt work the first time. I reset it again and I think its working now.

I like the newer design, no name. I think the angled cuts by the hub on the crokus 1 look a little strange. Both are nice choices though!

No Names! They look great, and I'm not much of a fan of the directional look on a muscle car... whatever that's worth. LOL

Its a secret !! Just kidding.....

The overwhelming opinion on 2 different website was the "no-names"... which is what I originally ordered, but I was having second thoughts.....

When I spoke to the wheel guys last, the tentative name for the wheel was "Delta" ( or something like that)....... so-so name in my opinion but I dont realy care what they're called......as long as they look awesome.......

Those look like Yokohama Advan model 5 knockoffs. Not a bad wheel.
