hi out there.
i have a 67 rs and i would love to put in some console gauges in my car. they dont have to be original. im looking for basicly a pod thay i can use that will work to put in my choice of gauges. i just saw some really nice ones by autometer for the 68 and 69. does anyone know about any for the 67 like that. the factory ones are just so expensive? please someone help. thanks http://www.camaros.net/forum/smile.gif

Hey tim, They just started to get repopped and I saw them advertised in Classic Industries catalog. Do you have the right console for the pod? There is a difference, although you may be able to mount the pod on a regular console, I never tried it though.

the front section of the center console is different for the gauge cluster, it has a special cut out for the gauges and the wiring, I guess you could do it on a standard console, but I wouldnt want to try it on my orig one.. just spend the dough and buy the end piece.
