i was offered a great deal on a pair of M/T et streets and wheels to go with them. the tires are size 26x10.5x16 , could i cram these in the back of my stock suspension 69 camaro? ive never run anything besides regular radials so i have no idea..

Depends on the backspacing on the wheels. 4.5-5" should do it. Throw them on and see?
