I can't belive no one has any info on this, My understanding is 15X10 with 5" BS works on a second gen car, correct? this is without moving the springs. I just need to know what I do need to modify to fit all that under the back.

Jeff,
This site is basically a first gen (67-69) Camaro site. We all help on any year car but the majority of the experience is in the 67-69 cars. I'd guess your offset is right, but was not positive you could get a 10" back there with any kind of tall drag tire.
There is a great site just like this one that's specifically for second gen (70-81) Camaros. I'm sure a search will give you the info you need; if not post a question, they'll help you out.
